I've got the worst art block..and i have no idea how to get out of it. I really want to become more active on here like i used to be, but y'know i gotta be motivated to do anything.

Hey like, it may seem mean but can I get your help on my icon? See it's supposed to move but I can't use it 'cause it is to big, and when I shrink it down it stops moving.
Can you help me? I have no idea what I am doing.

you have to shrink all the animation frames and use a program to animate it again

Oh man that sounds so difficult I have no idea what to do....
